Booking conditions and cancellation policies 

  • According to current legislation, cash payments for amounts exceeding EUR 999.99 are not accepted. For more information, please contact the property directly using the contact details found on your booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation,
  • for the deposit paid, this regulation will be applied:
   - in the event that the reservation is canceled up to 25 days before arrival at the hotel, 90% of the deposit * will be returned;   
   - in the event that the reservation is canceled 24 to 10 days before arrival at the hotel, 50% of the deposit will be returned *;
   - in the event that the reservation is canceled between 9 and 8 days before arrival at the hotel, 30% of the deposit will be returned *;
   - in the event that the reservation is canceled from 7 to 0 days before arrival at the hotel, the deposit will not be refunded in any way.

* The deposit will be returned only if the cancellation of the reservation occurs for serious health reasons or for serious family reasons, such as bereavement, etc. .. and adequately supported by appropriate certification (medical, etc.). Alternatively, the customer is given the right to be able to discount the full amount of the deposit in another period of the season, for a stay of the same duration as the one initially booked.
